Images are great for all learners whether they are kinaesthetic learners or not. The internet holds millions of images which makes them easily accessible for teachers as copy and pasting an image from the internet is a lot less time consuming then taking the photos with a camera and having to upload them. This requires teachers to find a suitable object to take a photo of and also requires them to have to resize the image when using it in a program such as Microsoft PowerPoint or Wikispaces.
Google images is the website I use the most when trying to find an image however from a teachers perspective, you should never do a search in front of children as you are not entirely sure of what images will pop up on the screen. Most schools have this site blocked for those reasons so Picsearch is a good website to use. There are a number of websites that have been created to find images other than Google images such as Flickr (to the right) or Tag Galaxy ( below).
